Job Description and Duties Under the general direction of the Supervising Correctional Cook (SCC) (CF), the Correctional Supervising Cook (CSC) supervises and directs a crew of inmate workers in the preparation and service of food for the incarcerated persons population, responsible to receive, store, rotate, prepare and re-thermalize food.
