We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a DevOps Engineer to join them on a major Government project that's based in Bristol.
Job Title - DevOps Engineer
Day Rate - £533.59
Location - Bristol (1-2 days a week on site - right now it's more like 1 day a fortnight)
iR35 determination - Inside iR35
Duration - 12 months

Job Description:
Key Skills
. Predominantly (but not exclusively) working on AWS
. Extensive use of Kubernetes and Docker, including Openshift
. Extensive experience of Gitlab/Github for source control
. Good understanding of CI/CD's role in delivering software is more important than specific tooling - given we're having to adapt traditional develop low/deploy high approaches to fit our classified integration and deployment needs
. Extensive experience of Linux, including Scripting, etc.

Nice to have
. Experience of deploying to Azure
. Knowledge of classified working practices/risk appetite/policies in classified environment
. We're working across security domains, so any knowledge of cross domain solutions or air gapped is a plus
