Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: London, Canary Wharf (can be remote if not local)

Rate: Up to £405 per day

Work Arrangement: You can work through your own LTD company for this opportunity.

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Service Level Manager for a key role in the banking sector. Acting as the liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will be instrumental in defining and measuring SLAs. Your expertise will be pivotal in configuring ServiceNow and developing reports to establish a robust framework for future operations.

Key Skills:

  • Proven proficiency in ITIL processes with accreditation to at least version 3 Practitioner level.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Level Management.
  • Successful track record in introducing new SLM processes and delivering essential outputs including SLA/OLA documents, reports, and Service Improvement Plans.
  • Extensive experience in configuring Service Level Management within ITSM systems, particularly ServiceNow.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for building and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
  • Proficient in chairing IT Service Performance/SLM Governance meetings, with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Practical, hands-on approach with a proactive mindset to drive recommendations and action-oriented solutions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including expertise in generating reports from ServiceNow.
