An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Procurement Sourcing Specialist (Non-IT) to join a dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing procurement strategies, managing external supplier spend, and delivering sourcing and contracting strategies across various categories. What you'll do:

As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist (Non-IT), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the procurement processes within our organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve implementing strategic procurement initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies. You will also be tasked with delivering innovative solutions across various categories such as Market Research, Marketing, and Professional Services. This role requires sophisticated commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Implementing procurement strategies including operational and tactical sourcing projects or contract renewals with moderate complexity and risk
Managing external supplier spend and driving breakthrough results through effective development and delivery of sourcing and contracting strategies
Delivering sourcing and contracting strategies across a portfolio of categories and suppliers - including Market Research, Marketing and Professional Services
Delivering all low risk/complexity sourcing activity, including RFx, supplier negotiations and contracting
Ensuring compliance with sourcing policy and minimum standards and alignment with business strategy
Utilising and promoting all procurement systems as required and delivering procurement projects in line with process and standards

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Procurement Sourcing Specialist (Non-IT) role will bring a wealth of knowledge in end-to-end procurement processes. She will have proven experience running simple procurement processes, issuing tenders, evaluating responses, and creating contract documents from templates. She will also have experience using procurement/purchasing systems. Her excellent interpersonal skills will enable her to communicate effectively at all levels. Knowledge of non-IT categories, including Market Research, Marketing and Professional Services would be beneficial.

Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes including scoping business requirements, creating project plans, creating tender documentation, and adhering to project governance
Experience running simple procurement processes - including liaising with stakeholders, issuing tenders, evaluating responses, and creating contract documents from templates
Experience using procurement/purchasing systems
Interpersonal skills to communicate information succinctly in an organised manner both verbally and in writing at all levels
Knowledge of non-IT categories, including Market Research, Marketing and Professional Services would be beneficial
Ability to discuss business scope of requirements and specification design
