A leading insurer in the London Market seeks a Project Manager to manage and deliver various projects within their Legal and Compliance department, with a focus on high-risk and high-value sectors.
As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving transformative initiatives across the global Legal & Compliance function. Your responsibilities will include improving processes, adopting technology, and demonstrating the company's value to stakeholders. You will be delivering transformation initiatives, contributing significantly to shaping the organization's future.
This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, with two days per week based in the London office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering various transformation projects in order to improve processes in their Legal & Compliance function
- Utilize project management skills to streamline processes and integrate technologies, enhancing service quality, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency
- Keep stakeholders informed on project progress, risks, and costs, and collaborate with external vendors to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Manage team members to success in innovation endeavours by ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives
Experience/Skills Required:
- Demonstrated project management expertise in transformation, technology adoption, and operational change
- Experience automating repetitive manual processes using no-code/low-code solutions
- Proven track record in facilitating transformation and operational change projects
- Familiarity with Microsofts Power Platform
- Proficiency in a variety of Project Management techniques and tools
- A pragmatic and flexible individual who is able to take initiative with exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at managing diverse workloads and adapting to shifting priorities
